Executive Coaching
Vanguard XXI's ICF-PCC and ACC credentialed coaches employ the Vanguard Coaching Model that engages, elevates, expands, refines, and forges leaders of excellence. Executive coaching includes character, culture, leadership, operations, and strategic coaching.
Vanguard ICF Level 1 Professional Coaching Certification
The Vanguard Professional Coaching Certification (VPCC) is Vanguard's signature ICF Level 1 Course. It is your pathway to becoming an ICF ACC professionally credentialed coach. We offer an 80 hour course and a 61 hour executive course. Students learn the art and science of professional coaching through the ICF ethics, coaching competencies, and employment of the Vanguard XXI Coaching Model. Upon completion of course requirements students receive an ICF Level 1 Coaching Certificate and may pursue credentialing as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
The Vanguard Transformational Leadership Course
The VTLC is Vanguard's signature 2.5-day leadership development and coaching course designed for c-suites, executive leadership teams, directors, management, and supervisory leaders to enhance their leadership and coaching skills. Course outcomes include leaders implementing transformational leadership skills and creating a coaching culture and coaching language empowering accelerated growth among organizational leaders at multiple levels of leadership.
ICF Mentor Coaching
We provide the International Coaching Federation (ICF) required 10 hours of mentor coaching via our VPCC ICF Level 1 Course and separately to ICF Coaches seeking advanced credentialing.
VPCC Students work in small cohorts of 6-10 participants with a world class ICF MCC or PCC Coach to enhance their coaching practice, skills, and prepare them for credentialing exams. ICF ACC and PCC Coaches work one on one with one of our MCC or PCC Mentor Coaches.
Executive Selection Program
We enhance the executive hiring process by providing candidate assessments, comprehensive psychological profiles, position description review/editing/creation, comprehensive interviews, culture/climate assessments/feedback and executive coaching to expedite transition.
We use a range of tools to build custom-made assessment solutions, which may include interviews, psychological and personality assessments, and applied data analytics.
Leadership Offsites & Retreats
Vanguard XXI provides corporate, professional sports, and college sports leadership off-sites and retreats focused on building high character, high performance teams founded upon integrity, trust, communication, ethical decision making, disciplined initiative, and mitigated risk.
We customize each retreat and work with world class retreat and resort centers, outdoor high adventure partners, and former special operations personnel who will provide your team a world class experience.
Government Services
Vanguard XXI is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our team consists of retired special operations chaplains, commanders, operators, and psychologists with years of collective experience leading high performance teams in intense combat, high risk training, and holistic wellness. We have joint and interagency training and experience advising and leading teams at the tactical, operational, and strategic level from the battlefield to the boardroom.
Professional Chaplaincy
Vanguard XXI provides professional chaplaincy services to corporate and private businesses, non-profits, professional and college sports teams, US Government Agencies, and military branches of the Armed Forces.
Our team of professional chaplains have served in a myriad of pluralistic environments and public squares providing essential life giving ecumenical services.
Assessments
Vanguard XXI is certified in and utilizes the following social and psychological assessments for personal, professional, and organizational coaching and development. These assessments provide clients with valuable insights into their behaviors, motivations, and interpersonal dynamics, fostering self-awareness and growth.
