The Vanguard XXI Transformational Moral Leadership Character Coaching Model evokes awareness in the transformational growth of the "whole person." The process elevates, expands, refines, and forges leaders personally and professionally achieving the results set by the client.
This includes identifying the human capital and empowering the human potential in 1-1 sessions, and groups or teams. Teams will set their own goals for each 90-minute session while engaging in a collaborative process to accomplish goals established by the group or team. Groups or Teams range from 2 to 15 people.
We will consider external factors like attitudes, behaviors, and issues. We will seek to understand the psychological aspects of how intellectual and emotional processes impact transformational change and effect results. We will explore the internal processes foundational to transformational change and growth such as experiences, values, virtues, beliefs, character, and personality type. Clients will gain awareness in their potential, foster a growth mindset, set, progress and achieve their goals as a transformational leader!
