Anthony Randall did an amazing job with our basketball team. He has tremendous expertise on helping build character and team camaraderie and at the same time instilling Christian faith and military background. I had a great opportunity over the last week to attend Vanguard XXI's Transformational Leadership Character Coaching Course. Anthony Randall puts on a phenomenal course that was both personally and professionally beneficial. During my graduate program at an Ivy League university (roughly 17 years ago), I took two coaching courses. Neither held a candle to this course. By far the best instruction and learning experience I have had in continuing to develop my passion for developing and coaching leaders. Absolutely time well spent. I recommend this course to anyone interested in coaching leaders, developing leaders, or being better leaders themselves.
