Vanguard XXI is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Our team consists of retired elite special operations chaplains, commanders, operators, and psychologists with years of collective experience leading high performance teams in intense combat, high risk training, and holistic wellness. We have joint and interagency training and experience advising and leading teams at the tactical, operational, and strategic level.

We have developed, implemented, and refined teaching, training, and coaching curriculum that speaks to government employees, military personnel, and their family members understanding their culture and ethos.
