We reflect on the summer rhythm of transformational leadership—balancing family, service, and strategic focus—while launching and concluding the season with world-class leadership and ICF coaching courses in partnership with the Pat Tillman Foundation, 1st Army Division West, and Apex Analytics. Highlights include coaching culture development at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, a DownRange Leadership off-site in North Carolina, the launch of AnthonyRandall.org, and meaningful service initiatives at home and abroad. As we head into the second half of 2025, we look forward to partnering with leaders and teams committed to practicing excellence and building high-character, high-performance cultures.

This month’s message challenges leaders to pursue joy over fleeting happiness, especially in today’s NIL-driven culture, reminding us that high-character, high-culture teams still win when excellence—not ease—is the standard. We share practical leadership principles for building championship cultures rooted in virtue, accountability, and coaching the person, not just the problem. Highlights include our 80-Hour ICF Level 1 Coaching Course at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, partnership with the Pat Tillman Foundation, keynote engagements with the American Hockey Coaches Association and Work Rehumanized Speaker Series, and meaningful moments honoring service at the National Infantry Museum and the 250th Anniversary of the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps.

We celebrate a VPCC graduate’s first coaching contract, highlight our ICF Level 1 and Level 2 certification pathways, and share recent leadership engagements with Samaritan’s Purse and national speaking events. As we continue mastering the fundamentals—stance, timing, and rhythm—we remain committed to developing leaders and teams who practice excellence in every arena.
