The Transformational Moral Leadership Character Coaching Course is a 24-hour program where participants are introduced to the art and science of leadership coaching.
The course is designed for executive-level teams, c-suites, management and supervisory leaders, and makes for an excellent off-site, or part of your organizations talent management and leadership development process for on-boarding and developing high potential leaders. For ICF Coaches seeking CCEs, the TMLCCC is an International Coaching Federation-accredited CCE 24-course.
The 24-hour course consists of 17 hours of synchronous learning and 7 hours of asynchronous learning. During two and a half days of in-person instruction, students gain understanding and apply the ICF Coaching Competencies and Ethical practices while learning how to effectively coach clients using the five step Vanguard XXI Coaching Model. The course includes multiple coaching triads where students practice their skills in small groups.
The TMLCCC is a holistic approach to coaching, teaching and training transformational leaders using David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle Theory for instruction. Using concrete experiences, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation, Students engage in a comprehensive coaching and learning process.
The TMLCCC teaches and trains students to professionally coach and lead clients in a virtual and in person interactive environment. Virtual tools such as Google Jamboard, Zoom Whiteboard, breakout rooms, and screen sharing will engage students in experiential learning and exercises stimulating adult learning and growth.
In person instruction utilizes flipcharts, markers, and audio/visual presentations. Both in person and virtual classes will engage in large and small group adult learning activities and discussions to evoke awareness, create curiosity and discovery, promote presence, and empower human interaction to include six coaching triad practicums.
The course includes two assessments, allowing students to better understand themselves and future coaching clients. Assessments include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Conflict Style Report and the Korn Ferry Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI/EQ360). Students walk away with increased awareness and emotional intelligence. Click here to learn more about our assessments.
Each TMLCCC class includes a cohort of up to 50 talented leaders from your team or when offered publicly, participants from diverse backgrounds and industries. Cohorts learn, grow, and expand together, forming lifelong bonds and connections.
